Problematika Leksikografi dalam Penyusunan Kamus Dwibahasa Batak Toba–Indonesia

Penelitian ini membahas berbagai problematika leksikografi dalam penyusunan Kamus Dwibahasa Batak Toba–Indonesia karya Andre Antonius Hutagalung (2011). Analisis dilakukan dengan fokus pada struktur makro, struktur mikro, konsistensi penyajian lema, kelengkapan informasi linguistik, serta representasi budaya dan dialektal. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa kamus tersebut masih memiliki sejumlah kelemahan leksikografis, antara lain ketiadaan label kelas kata, tidak tersedianya transkripsi fonetik, lema turunan yang tidak dikelompokkan secara hierarkis, ketiadaan penanda polisemi, serta inkonsistensi ortografi. Selain itu, lema-lema bermuatan budaya seperti dalihan, tondi, dan begu hanya diterjemahkan secara literal tanpa konteks etnolinguistik. Minimnya kosakata modern dan variasi dialektal juga menunjukkan bahwa kamus masih bersifat dokumentatif dan belum memenuhi standar kamus dwibahasa modern. Hasil penelitian diharapkan menjadi dasar pengembangan leksikografi bahasa Batak Toba yang lebih sistematis dan relevan.
