Allegation of Research Misconduct

The journal is committed to upholding the highest standards of research integrity and publication ethics. All allegations of research misconduct are handled fairly, confidentially, objectively, and in accordance with established publication ethics guidelines.

Research misconduct may include, but is not limited to, plagiarism, data fabrication, data falsification, inappropriate duplicate publication, citation manipulation, peer-review manipulation, authorship misconduct, unethical research practices, and other actions that undermine the integrity or reliability of the scholarly record.

Allegations may be submitted to the editorial office at rayanjurnal@gmail.com. Whenever possible, reports should include relevant information and supporting evidence to facilitate an appropriate assessment.

Upon receiving an allegation, the editor conducts an initial assessment to determine whether the concern warrants further investigation. Where necessary, the editor may request an explanation from the authors, consult independent experts, contact the relevant institution, or seek advice from appropriate research integrity authorities.

Individuals concerned by an allegation will be given a reasonable opportunity to respond. The journal will avoid reaching conclusions before the available evidence has been adequately assessed. Confidentiality will be maintained throughout the process to the extent reasonably possible, while ensuring a fair investigation.

Depending on the findings, appropriate actions may include rejection of a manuscript, requests for clarification or correction, publication of an expression of concern, retraction of a published article, or referral to the relevant institution or authority.

The journal reserves the right to take proportionate action to protect the integrity of the scholarly record. All decisions will be based on the available evidence, the seriousness of the alleged misconduct, and applicable publication ethics guidelines, including relevant guidance from the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

The journal does not tolerate retaliation against individuals who raise concerns in good faith. Deliberately false or malicious allegations may be addressed appropriately, while good-faith concerns will be considered on their merits.
