Analysis of Individual Ethics in Islamic Student Activity Unit Organizations

The existence of an organization cannot be separated from a certain goal. However, it is not easy to achieve the goals of a good organization without the involvement and relationships of other supporting components. Starting from the formulation of goals and interests, selecting leaders, managing and administering the organization, and evaluating the success of organizational management. Togetherness and cohesiveness will undoubtedly create a good, safe and comfortable working atmosphere. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research methodology at the University of Medan, especially the Ar-Rahman Islamic Student Activity Unit (UKMI). Sampling is used to collect data from a sample that represents the entire population, allowing for data collection and analysis of organizational activities to determine the characteristics and ethics of the organization.
