Abstract

Teknologi telepon seluler (ponsel) telah menjadi elemen strategis dalam peperangan modern, khususnya dalam konteks peperangan asimetris. Artikel ini mengeksplorasi peran aplikasi Koin Jagat terhadap perlindungan data pribadi dan dampaknya terhadap ketahanan siber nasional. Dengan menganalisis aplikasi ponsel sebagai alat strategis dalam konflik asimetris, artikel ini membahas dimensi teknologi, etika, dan regulasi yang relevan. Berdasarkan pendekatan teori peperangan asimetris dan etika deontologis serta utilitarianisme, artikel ini menawarkan kerangka konseptual untuk memahami tantangan dan peluang dalam memanfaatkan teknologi ponsel untuk memperkuat ketahanan siber nasional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ponsel seperti Koin Jagat dapat menjadi pedang bermata dua: memperkuat sistem siber sekaligus menghadirkan risiko signifikan terhadap data pribadi.
