Kerja Sama Internasional Kementerian Pertahanan dalam Menghadapi Ancaman Bioterorisme Pasca Covid-19 di Indonesia

Ancaman bioterorisme meningkat pasca-pandemi, membutuhkan sinergi pertahanan–kesehatan dan kerja sama global untuk cegah dampak serius terhadap keamanan nasional. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa Kerja Sama Internasional Kementerian Pertahanan dalam Menghadapi Ancaman Bioterorisme Pasca Covid-19 di Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan wawancara kepada narasumber menggunakan teknik analisa triangulasi. Hasl penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pandemi COVID-19 menjadi momentum penting bagi Kemhan RI dalam memperkuat kesiapsiagaan terhadap ancaman bioterorisme. Melalui kerja sama strategis dengan WHO, Kemhan RI meningkatkan deteksi dini, kapasitas laboratorium, pelatihan sumber daya manusia, dan respons cepat terhadap ancaman biologis. Forum regional seperti ADMM serta partisipasi dalam Biological Weapons Convention memperkuat sinergi internasional. Tantangan utama adalah ketiadaan regulasi spesifik mengenai bioterorisme. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan kebijakan nasional komprehensif yang mengintegrasikan sektor kesehatan, intelijen, dan pertahanan. Inovasi teknologi dan kolaborasi antar-lembaga menjadi kunci dalam menghadapi ancaman bioterorisme di masa depan.
