Analisis Kelayakan Bisnis Dalam Perspektif Manajemen Strategis dan Keuangan

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kelayakan bisnis melalui pendekatan terpadu antara manajemen strategis dan aspek keuangan. Studi kelayakan tidak hanya berfungsi untuk menilai potensi keuntungan suatu usaha, tetapi juga untuk memastikan arah strategis dan keberlanjutan bisnis dalam jangka panjang. Pendekatan strategis mencakup analisis SWOT, Porter’s Five Forces, dan PESTEL yang digunakan untuk memetakan kekuatan internal dan tantangan eksternal. Sementara itu, aspek keuangan dianalisis melalui indikator Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Payback Period (PP), dan Profitability Index (PI), yang memberikan gambaran kuantitatif terhadap potensi pengembalian investasi. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi antara strategi dan keuangan mampu menghasilkan keputusan investasi yang lebih akurat, adaptif, dan berkelanjutan. Studi ini juga mengkaji studi kasus usaha UMKM Sambal Rujak Mbak Qom, yang menunjukkan kelayakan dari sisi strategis dan finansial. Dengan demikian, pendekatan multidimensional dalam studi kelayakan bisnis sangat diperlukan untuk memastikan keberhasilan dan ketahanan usaha dalam menghadapi dinamika pasar.
