Abstract

Pembangunan gedung baru empat lantai SMK Bhakti Praja Dukuhwaru yang terletak di kaki gunung Slamet bersatus level II (Waspada) menuntut perencanaan struktur tahan gempa sesuai SNI 1726:2019. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesesuaian perencanaan struktur Gedung terhadap ketentuan dan parameter yang ada pada SNI 1726:2019 melalui pendekaan kuantitatif (pemodelan software ETABS) dan kualitatif (evaluasi dokumen desain). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kelas situs SE (tanah lunak), percepatan gempa terpetakan SDS = 0,649 g dan SD1 = 0,595 g, sehingga kategori desain seismik D dengan sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen Khusus (SRPMK; R = 8, Ω₀ = 3, C_d = 5,5). Partisipasi massa memenuhi ≥ 90 %, Evaluasi ketidakberaturan struktur mengungkap hanya Ketidakberaturan Vertikal Tipe 3 (Geometri Vertikal) yang terjadi, yang mensyaratkan pemenuhan ketentuan Tabel 16 SNI 1726:2019. Kesimpulan penelitian menyatakan bahwa desain struktur telah memenuhi SNI 1726:2019 meskipun memerlukan pendekatan alternatif dalam penentuan kelas situs, dengan catatan penggunaan SRPMK berpotensi meningkatkan biaya konstruksi akibat kompleksitas detailing dan pemenuhan persyaratan ketidakberaturan vertikal.
