Internalisasi Nilai Kejujuran Melalui Kegiatan Wirausaha Kreatif pada Siswa Sekolah Bill Qiste Indonesia

Masih rendahnya konsistensi perilaku jujur siswa dalam aktivitas akademik dan sosial menunjukkan bahwa internalisasi nilai kejujuran di sekolah belum terwujud secara efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis internalisasi nilai kejujuran melalui kegiatan wirausaha kreatif pada siswa Sekolah Bill Qiste Indonesia. Penelitian menggunakan desain partisipatif dengan pendekatan experiential learning. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 15 siswa jenjang menengah. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui pelatihan, simulasi usaha, praktik lapangan, pendampingan, dan refleksi. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner sikap kejujuran dan tes pengetahuan melalui pre-test dan post-test, serta observasi dan wawancara. Analisis kuantitatif dilakukan dengan perbandingan skor, perhitungan N-gain dan effect size, sedangkan data kualitatif dianalisis secara deskriptif-interpretatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan sikap kejujuran dari skor rata-rata 36 menjadi 43 (N-gain = 0,50; d = 2,33) serta peningkatan pengetahuan dari 74,67 menjadi 86,67 (N-gain = 0,47). Disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan wirausaha kreatif efektif sebagai media internalisasi nilai kejujuran berbasis pengalaman.
