Strategi Interaksi Satuan Tugas Batalyon Gerak Cepat Monusco dengan Masyarakat Lokal dalam Operasi Misi Perdamaian di Kongo

Penelitian ini membahas strategi interaksi Satuan Tugas Batalyon Gerak Cepat (Satgas BGC) TNI dengan masyarakat lokal dalam pelaksanaan misi perdamaian MONUSCO di Republik Demokratik Kongo. Penelitian bertujuan menganalisis bentuk interaksi, dampaknya terhadap keberhasilan misi, hambatan yang dihadapi, serta strategi peningkatan efektivitas interaksi. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada konteks penugasan Satgas BGC di wilayah operasi MONUSCO menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, studi dokumentasi, dan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa interaksi dilakukan melalui komunikasi sosial, patroli perlindungan warga, kegiatan kemanusiaan, serta koordinasi dengan tokoh dan otoritas lokal. Interaksi tersebut meningkatkan penerimaan masyarakat dan mendukung stabilitas wilayah, meskipun masih terdapat hambatan bahasa, perbedaan budaya, dan tingkat kepercayaan awal masyarakat. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa penguatan cultural intelligence, penggunaan interpreter lokal, dan pendekatan berbasis kebutuhan komunitas menjadi strategi utama peningkatan efektivitas interaksi.
