Abstract

Pinsip distabilitas adalah konsep yang merujuk pada pengembangan dan desain untuk memastikan kemudahan bagi semua orang, baik yang mampu maupun memiliki disabilitas. Penyandang cacat kesulitan yang lebih besar lagi dibandingkan dengan individu non-disabilitas    hambatan akses pelayanan publik, untuk pendidikan, kesehatan danlain-lain  pekerjaan Kebanyakan dinonaktifkan  Penyandang disabilitas masih hidup dalam kondisi yang memprihatinkan Jauh  dari adil. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui prinsip untuk menyadarkan para masyarakat yang berkebutuhan khusus yang seharsnya lebih percaya diri dari masyarakat non-distabilitas. Metode penilitian ini memakai metode yuridis normative yang di mana analisisnya di ambil dari data yang ditulis dalam data hokum serta perundang undangan yang berlaku.
