Abstract

Digitalisasi informasi publik merupakan bagian penting dalam peningkatan kualitas pelayanan publik di era teknologi informasi. Media digital memiliki peran strategis sebagai sarana penyampaian informasi publik yang cepat, transparan, dan mudah diakses oleh masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi digitalisasi informasi publik melalui jaringan Radar Lampung Media Group serta mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor penghambat dalam pelaksanaannya berdasarkan prinsip pelayanan publik kontemporer. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi terhadap pengelola media digital Radar Lampung Media Group serta masyarakat sebagai pengguna informasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Radar Lampung Media Group telah mengimplementasikan digitalisasi informasi publik melalui pemanfaatan website berita daring dan media sosial. Implementasi tersebut pada umumnya telah memenuhi prinsip pelayanan publik kontemporer, meliputi transparansi, akuntabilitas, efektivitas, efisiensi, aksesibilitas, responsivitas, keadilan dan kesetaraan, serta orientasi pada kepuasan masyarakat. Namun demikian, masih ditemukan hambatan berupa keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, kendala infrastruktur teknologi, serta kesenjangan literasi digital masyarakat.
