Pengaruh Pelatihan Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Dinas Kehutanan Provinsi Lampung

Pelatihan merupakan salah satu instrumen strategis dalam pengembangan sumber daya manusia sektor publik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Kehutanan Provinsi Lampung. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pegawai Dinas Kehutanan Provinsi Lampung, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh sebanyak 30 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dengan skala Likert, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, dan regresi linier sederhana melalui aplikasi SPSS 24. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dengan nilai koefisien korelasi (R) sebesar 0,640 dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 64%. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan kualitas dan efektivitas pelatihan berkontribusi besar terhadap peningkatan kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar instansi pemerintah meningkatkan kualitas perencanaan dan evaluasi program pelatihan secara berkelanjutan.
