Stereotip Gender di Kelas Perjuangan Hak Pendidikan Anak Perempuan

Stereotip gender dalam ruang kelas masih menjadi penghambat signifikan terhadap pemenuhan hak pendidikan anak perempuan di Indonesia. Artikel ini bertujuan menganalisis dampak stereotip tersebut terhadap akses dan kualitas pendidikan anak perempuan serta upaya hukum yang dapat memperkuat perlindungan hak mereka. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah campuran (mixed method), yang mengintegrasikan analisis yuridis normatif terhadap peraturan perundang-undangan dan konvensi internasional (CEDAW/ICESCR) dengan validasi data praktik mikro kelas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa stereotip gender memperkuat diskriminasi sistemik, menghasilkan kesenjangan implementasi norma hukum hingga 65%, khususnya di daerah terpinggirkan, melalui pola mikro seperti pembagian tugas berbasis gender (70% kasus). Kesimpulan menyatakan perlu revisi Permendikbud untuk memasukkan sanksi hukum yang lebih tegas dan mewajibkan modul anti-bias gender sebagai upaya menghilangkan stereotip serta memastikan kesetaraan pendidikan bagi anak perempuan.
