Analisis Penerapan Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS) di Forest Division PT Riau Andalan Pulp and Paper (RAPP)

Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) pada industri kehutanan memerlukan perhatian khusus karena tingginya risiko kecelakaan kerja, terutama pada kontraktor. PT. Riau Andalan Pulp and Paper (RAPP) menerapkan Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS) di Forest Division sebagai upaya pengendalian risiko kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis penerapan CSMS dalam menurunkan risiko kecelakaan kerja kontraktor. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling. Informan berjumlah 8 orang, terdiri atas 1 informan kunci dan 7 informan utama. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan telaah dokumen, lalu dianalisis dengan model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan CSMS telah mencakup desktop audit, audit lapangan, penerbitan sertifikat, dan surveillance audit. Kendala yang ditemukan meliputi rendahnya kesadaran kontraktor, keterbatasan sumber daya, dan inkonsistensi penerapan di lapangan. Penerapan CSMS di Forest Division PT. RAPP dinilai telah mendukung pencegahan kecelakaan kerja, namun masih diperlukan peningkatan komitmen kontraktor, pengawasan lapangan, dan perbaikan berkelanjutan agar sistem berjalan lebih efektif.
