Pengaruh Pemberian Massage Effleurage Abdomen Terhadap Penurunan Disminore Primer pada Remaja Putri SMK Negeri 3 Surakarta

Latar Belakang: Dismenore primer merupakan nyeri menstruasi yang sering dialami remaja putri dan dapat mengganggu aktivitas sehari-hari, proses belajar, serta kualitas hidup. Berdasarkan studi pendahuluan di SMK Negeri 3 Surakarta, sebanyak 75% siswi mengalami dismenore primer. Salah satu upaya nonfarmakologis yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengurangi nyeri menstruasi adalah massage effleurage abdomen. Tujuan: mengetahui pengaruh pemberian massage effleurage abdomen terhadap penurunan dismenore primer pada remaja putri di SMK Negeri 3 Surakarta. Metode penelitian: Penelitian menggunakan desain pre-eksperimental dengan pendekatan one group pretest-posttest design. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 24 remaja putri yang mengalami dismenore primer dan dipilih menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Pengukuran tingkat nyeri dilakukan menggunakan Numeric Rating Scale (NRS). Analisis data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. Hasil: penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata tingkat dismenore primer sebelum diberikan massage effleurage abdomen sebesar 4,13 dan setelah diberikan intervensi menurun menjadi 1,79. Hasil uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test diperoleh nilai Z = -4,301 dan p-value = 0,000 (p<0,05), yang menunjukkan adanya pengaruh signifikan pemberian massage effleurage abdomen terhadap penurunan dismenore primer pada remaja putri di SMK Negeri 3 Surakarta. Kesimpulan: Massage effleurage abdomen efektif dalam menurunkan tingkat nyeri dismenore primer remaja putri.
