Dampak Kontrol Orang Tua yang Berlebihan terhadap Interaksi Sosial Usia Remaja

Pola asuh yang terlalu mengontrol berdampak pada perkembangan psikososial remaja, khususnya kemampuan interaksi sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dampak kontrol orang tua yang berlebihan terhadap interaksi sosial remaja dalam konteks sosiologi keluarga. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan kuesioner berskala Likert dan pertanyaan terbuka, melibatkan 30 responden remaja berusia 13–22 tahun melalui teknik purposive sampling secara daring. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dampak kontrol berlebihan lebih bersifat psikologis daripada fisik. Sebanyak 60% responden tidak percaya diri mengambil keputusan mandiri, 47% memendam masalah, 40% takut berbicara jujur kepada orang tua, dan 66% pernah bertindak secara diam-diam. Meskipun 93% merasa bahagia di lingkungan keluarga, 33% mengalami hambatan mengekspresikan emosi secara terbuka. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kontrol berlebihan menghambat otonomi remaja dan mendorong pergeseran figur kepercayaan dari orang tua ke teman sebaya. Diperlukan transformasi pola pengasuhan menuju pendekatan yang berbasis dialog dan pemberdayaan.
