Abstract

Penistaan agama melalui konten jilat eskrim yang dilakukan oleh Oklin Fia di media sosialnya yang membuat video menjilat eskrim dengan menggunakan hijab, hal ini menggambarkan tindakan sebagai bentuk penghinaan dan pelanggaran sila pertama dan UU ITE. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kasus-kasus konten yang dianggap sebagai penistaan agama. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ada beberapa kasus di Indonesia di mana individu mengunggah konten yang menciptakan kontroversi dengan menggambarkan sikap yang tidak senonoh sebagai wanita berhijab.
