Meta-Analisis Praktik Meditasi Untuk Kesehatan Mental

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai meta-analisi praktik meditasi untuk kesehatan mental. Praktik meditasi melibatkan serangkaian teknik yang bervariasi, termasuk mindfulness, meditasi transcendental, dan loving-kindness meditation. Melalui meta-analisis, kita dapat mengevaluasi sejauh mana berbagai jenis meditasi ini berkontribusi terhadap pemeliharaan kesehatan mental. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan dalam kajian ini yakni systematic literature review (SLR) untuk mengumpulkan dan menganalisis artikel-artikel terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsistensi dalam kemampuan praktik meditasi, khususnya mindfulness, untuk mengurangi gejala kesehatan mental seperti stres, kecemasan, dan depresi. Temuan ini mencerminkan efek positif yang dapat diandalkan dari meditasi dalam mengatasi tantangan psikologis yang umum di masyarakat. Dalam konteks implikasi klinis, meta-analisis memberikan dasar yang kuat untuk mempertimbangkan meditasi sebagai komponen yang berharga dalam intervensi terapi mental.
