Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi (MK) RI terkait Hak Asasi Manusia (HAM) pada periode 2004-2016. Melalui kajian literatur dan analisis konten, penelitian mengidentifikasi langkah-langkah progresif MK dalam memadankan nilai-nilai Pancasila, terutama dalam prinsip-prinsip keadilan sosial, kemanusiaan, dan kebersamaan. Meski demikian, tantangan konsistensi masih ada, khususnya dalam menghadapi dinamika sosial. Rekomendasi disampaikan untuk memperkuat konsistensi MK melalui dialog terbuka, penguatan pendidikan hukum, dan peningkatan keterlibatan masyarakat. Penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan kontribusi pada pemahaman peran MK dalam memadankan nilai-nilai Pancasila dan mendorong pemajuan HAM di Indonesia.
