Abstract

Perkembangan mengenai studi kebijakan publik menjadi akan semakin kuat sebagai akibat adanya  perubahan lingkungan birokrasi publik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk Untuk mengetahui mengenai Analisis Peran Aktor Politik dalam Proses Perumusan Kebijakan Publik di Desa Sampali Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dimana merupakan suatu pendekatan dalam melakukan penelitian yang berorientasi pada fenomena atau gejala yang bersifat alami. Penelitian kualitatif sifatnya mendasar dan naturalistis atau bersifat kealamian, serta tidak bisa dilakukan di laboratorium, melainkan di lapangan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan kebijakan oleh perangkat desa melalui Kepala Desa dan Kepala Dusun Di Desa Sampali dengan kualitas kebijakan yang baik pada saat ini dari segi kebijakan yang dibuat, banyak pembuatan kebijakan yang harus berdampak bagus bagi masyarakat.
