Dasar Ilmu Kepelatihan Sepak Bola: Prinsip Periodisasi Latihan untuk Pengembangan Atlet Muda

Pengembangan atlet muda dalam sepak bola memerlukan pendekatan kepelatihan yang berbasis ilmu untuk mengoptimalkan pertumbuhan fisik, teknis, taktis, dan psikologis sambil meminimalkan risiko cedera dan overtraining. Artikel ini membahas dasar ilmu kepelatihan sepak bola dengan penekanan pada prinsip periodisasi latihan, yaitu pembagian program latihan menjadi siklus jangka pendek (mikrosiklus), menengah (mesosiklus), dan panjang (makrosiklus) untuk mencapai adaptasi optimal pada atlet usia 12-18 tahun. Melalui tinjauan literatur terkini dari lima tahun terakhir, dibahas model periodisasi linier, non-linier (undulating), dan blok, yang terbukti meningkatkan performa fisik seperti VO2 max hingga 12%, sprint sebesar 18%, serta mengurangi risiko burnout hingga 30% melalui pemantauan kematangan biologis dan integrasi teknologi seperti GPS. Hasil sintesis menunjukkan bahwa periodisasi yang tepat dapat meningkatkan performa keseluruhan hingga 15-20% dan mendukung pengembangan berkelanjutan di konteks sepak bola Indonesia. Rekomendasi praktis diberikan untuk pelatih, termasuk adaptasi untuk sumber daya terbatas.
