Pengaruh Studi Perbandingan Tingkat Konsentrasi Atlet Karate Kata dan Kumite Dalam Menghadapi Pertandingan

Penelitian ini bertujuan membandingkan tingkat konsentrasi atlet karate cabang kata dan kumite dalam menghadapi pertandingan dengan menggunakan metode kepustakaan (library research) berdasarkan sumber ilmiah lima tahun terakhir. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa atlet kata memiliki konsentrasi yang lebih stabil dan terarah karena menuntut ketepatan serta pengendalian diri, sedangkan atlet kumite memiliki konsentrasi yang lebih dinamis dan reaktif untuk merespons situasi pertarungan yang cepat berubah. Perbedaan ini mencerminkan adaptasi psikologis terhadap karakteristik masing-masing disiplin, sehingga pelatih disarankan menyesuaikan program latihan mental sesuai kebutuhan cabang guna meningkatkan performa atlet.
