Pelatihan dan Pengembangan Berkelanjutan Dalam Meningkatkan Green Human Resource Management di Perusahaan Modern

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana pelatihan dan pengembangan berkelanjutan dapat mendorong implementasi Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) dalam perusahaan kontemporer. Di tengah lingkungan global yang semakin peduli terhadap masalah lingkungan dan keberlanjutan, fungsi sumber daya manusia menjadi krusial untuk mewujudkan praktik-praktik ramah lingkungan yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif-kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada karyawan di berbagai sektor industri. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program pelatihan yang terfokus, berkelanjutan, dan didasarkan pada kesadaran ekologis memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan terhadap penerapan praktik GHRM. Lebih lanjut, peningkatan kemampuan hijau melalui pembinaan karyawan berfungsi sebagai mediator utama dalam membentuk budaya organisasi yang mengutamakan keberlanjutan. Penelitian ini juga menekankan pentingnya memasukkan nilai-nilai lingkungan ke dalam kebijakan pengelolaan sumber daya manusia sebagai langkah jangka panjang untuk mencapai keseimbangan antara kinerja bisnis dan tanggung jawab sosial. Secara praktis, implikasinya menunjukkan bahwa organisasi harus mengembangkan sistem pelatihan yang dapat beradaptasi dengan perkembangan teknologi dan kondisi lingkungan guna memastikan kelangsungan kompetensi tenaga kerja di masa depan.
