Pengembangan Model Latihan Agility pada Permainan Sepak Bola Tanpa Menggunakan Speed Ladder

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menganalisis efektivitas model latihan agility pada permainan sepak bola tanpa menggunakan speed ladder. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development/R&D) dengan tahapan meliputi identifikasi potensi dan masalah, perancangan model, revisi, serta uji coba lapangan. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas 18 mahasiswa berusia 19–21 tahun yang mengikuti program studi Pendidikan Jasmani, Kesehatan, dan Rekreasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui angket tertutup menggunakan skala Likert empat kategori, yaitu sangat tidak setuju, tidak setuju, setuju, dan sangat setuju. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 94% responden memberikan tanggapan positif terhadap model latihan yang dikembangkan. Mayoritas responden menyatakan bahwa latihan tanpa speed ladder mudah diterapkan, efektif dalam meningkatkan kelincahan, relevan dengan kondisi permainan sepak bola, serta mampu meningkatkan motivasi latihan. Rata-rata skor angket sebesar 3,16 dari 4,00 menunjukkan tingkat penerimaan yang tinggi terhadap model latihan ini. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan model latihan agility tanpa menggunakan speed ladder efektif, efisien, dan dapat dijadikan alternatif latihan bagi pemain sepak bola di berbagai tingkatan.
