Transformasi Agenda Kepala Sekolah ke Sistem Digital dengan Implementasi Google Calendar dalam Manajemen Waktu Pendidikan

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis transformasi pengelolaan agenda kepala sekolah dari sistem manual ke sistem digital menggunakan Google Calendar sebagai alat bantu manajemen waktu pendidikan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan studi kasus dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara pada beberapa sekolah yang menerapkan Google Calendar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Google Calendar meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan waktu kepala sekolah, memudahkan koordinasi aktivitas, serta mengurangi tumpang tindih jadwal. Transformasi digital ini mendukung peningkatan produktivitas dan transparansi dalam manajemen pendidikan. Kesimpulannya, penggunaan Google Calendar sebagai sistem digital sangat potensial untuk mengoptimalkan manajemen waktu pendidikan di lingkungan sekolah.
