Analisis Pemanfaatan ChatGPT sebagai Media Pendukung Pembelajaran Mahasiswa

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pemanfaatan ChatGPT sebagai media pendukung pembelajaran di kalangan mahasiswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan instrumen kuesioner yang disebarkan secara daring kepada 20 mahasiswa aktif pada periode 23–31 Maret 2025. Kuesioner terdiri dari 22 pernyataan skala Likert (5 poin) yang mencakup empat dimensi: (A) pengetahuan dan penggunaan ChatGPT (5 item), (B) manfaat dalam pembelajaran (7 item), (C) kekhawatiran dan etika akademik (5 item), serta (D) dampak terhadap motivasi belajar (5 item), ditambah 3 pertanyaan terbuka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata skor keseluruhan sebesar 3,72 (kategori Tinggi). Bagian A memperoleh rata-rata 3,88, Bagian B 3,91, Bagian C 3,30, dan Bagian D 3,72. Mahasiswa memanfaatkan ChatGPT terutama untuk mengerjakan tugas, mencari referensi, dan meringkas materi. Kendala utama yang dilaporkan adalah ketidakakuratan jawaban dan keterbatasan akses internet.
