Manajemen Evaluasi Pembelajaran Berbasis Digital dalam Transformasi Asesmen di Sekolah Dasar

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh manajemen evaluasi pembelajaran berbasis digital terhadap transformasi asesmen di sekolah dasar. Penelitian dilatarbelakangi oleh meningkatnya kebutuhan penggunaan teknologi digital dalam sistem evaluasi pembelajaran abad ke-21 yang menuntut asesmen lebih efektif, adaptif, dan berbasis data. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan mixed methods dengan desain explanatory sequential. Data kuantitatif diperoleh melalui penyebaran angket kepada 120 guru sekolah dasar, sedangkan data kualitatif diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi. Analisis data kuantitatif menggunakan regresi linear berganda, sedangkan data kualitatif dianalisis secara tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi evaluasi digital memiliki pengaruh paling dominan terhadap transformasi asesmen (β = 0,41; p < 0,001), diikuti oleh dukungan manajerial (β = 0,29; p < 0,001) dan perencanaan strategis (β = 0,24; p = 0,002). Model penelitian mampu menjelaskan 58% variasi transformasi asesmen (R² = 0,58). Temuan kualitatif mengungkap bahwa penggunaan platform digital seperti Google Forms, Quizizz, dan Learning Management System (LMS) meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi, keterlibatan siswa, serta kecepatan umpan balik pembelajaran. Namun demikian, keterbatasan infrastruktur dan rendahnya literasi digital guru masih menjadi tantangan utama dalam implementasi evaluasi digital. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa transformasi asesmen di sekolah dasar tidak hanya bergantung pada penggunaan teknologi, tetapi juga memerlukan manajemen evaluasi yang terintegrasi melalui perencanaan strategis, implementasi yang efektif, dan dukungan manajerial yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis dalam pengembangan model manajemen evaluasi digital serta implikasi praktis bagi sekolah dan pembuat kebijakan pendidikan.
