Upaya Penguatan Keterampilan Gerak Dasar melalui Permainan Terstruktur di TK Nurul Falah Kediri

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya stimulasi keterampilan gerak dasar anak usia dini di TK Nurul Falah Kediri. Aktivitas fisik anak masih cenderung berlangsung spontan, kurang terprogram, serta belum didukung oleh media pembelajaran gerak yang variatif dan aman. Artikel ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan proses, hasil, dan makna penguatan keterampilan gerak dasar melalui permainan terstruktur berbasis gerak lokomotor, non-lokomotor, dan manipulatif. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif berbasis pengabdian dengan tahapan sosialisasi, pelatihan guru, penerapan media dan permainan terstruktur, pendampingan, evaluasi, serta penyusunan keberlanjutan program. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi aktivitas anak, wawancara guru, dokumentasi kegiatan, dan catatan reflektif, kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif melalui reduksi data, penyajian temuan, dan penarikan simpulan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa guru mulai memahami pembelajaran gerak sebagai bagian penting dari kegiatan belajar, bukan sekadar aktivitas selingan. Guru juga lebih mampu mengenali dan mempraktikkan variasi gerak dasar melalui sirkuit gerak, gerak berirama, lempar tangkap, dan story-based movement. Pemanfaatan media sederhana seperti cone botol plastik, tangga koordinasi dari pita dan tali, rintangan mini dari pipa PVC, serta bola ringan memperkaya pengalaman gerak anak tanpa bergantung pada alat mahal. Anak menunjukkan antusiasme yang lebih tinggi, keberanian mencoba gerakan, kemampuan mengikuti instruksi, menunggu giliran, dan berinteraksi positif dalam permainan kelompok. Program ini menyimpulkan bahwa permainan terstruktur dapat menjadi strategi aplikatif, murah, aman, kontekstual, dan berkelanjutan untuk membangun budaya gerak aktif di TK Nurul Falah Kediri.
