Implementasi Ecoprint Berbasis Experiential Learning pada Siswa Sekolah Dasar di Jepang

Hanao Elementary School di Kitakyushu, Jepang, memiliki kebutuhan akan pembelajaran yang mengintegrasikan pendidikan lingkungan, literasi budaya, dan pengalaman belajar yang bermakna bagi siswa sekolah dasar. Program ini dilaksanakan untuk memperkenalkan budaya Indonesia sekaligus menumbuhkan kesadaran lingkungan melalui kegiatan ecoprint berbasis experiential learning. Kegiatan bertujuan meningkatkan literasi budaya Indonesia, keterampilan ecoprint ramah lingkungan, dan kesadaran konsumsi berkelanjutan pada siswa. Metode experiential learning dipilih karena memungkinkan siswa memperoleh pengetahuan dan keterampilan melalui pengalaman langsung. Program dilaksanakan melalui kerja sama Universitas Ahmad Dahlan, Hanao Elementary School, dan Kyushu International University dengan melibatkan 100 siswa kelas 4. Tahapan kegiatan meliputi sosialisasi literasi budaya dan konsumsi berkelanjutan, pelatihan ecoprint teknik pukul daun, praktik langsung, pendampingan, dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa siswa mampu memahami nilai budaya Indonesia, menguasai keterampilan dasar pembuatan ecoprint menggunakan bahan alami, serta menunjukkan peningkatan kesadaran terhadap pemanfaatan sumber daya secara bijak dan perilaku ramah lingkungan. Program ini juga memberikan pengalaman belajar lintas budaya yang menarik dan bermakna. Kegiatan ecoprint berbasis experiential learning dapat menjadi alternatif pembelajaran yang mengintegrasikan pendidikan budaya dan lingkungan dalam konteks internasional.
