Eksistensi Radio Melalui Konvergensi Siaran Digital (Analisis Heartline FM dalam Radio Streaming)

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah mengubah lanskap media penyiaran secara fundamental, termasuk industri radio yang kini dituntut beradaptasi untuk mempertahankan eksistensinya. Penelitian ini menganalisis strategi konvergensi media yang diterapkan oleh Heartline FM, stasiun radio keluarga berbasis di Tangerang dengan jaringan di empat kota Indonesia, melalui layanan radio streaming. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dan teori konvergensi media Henry Jenkins (2006), penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana Heartline FM mengintegrasikan platform digital meliputi website streaming, aplikasi mobile 'Jalur Hati', media sosial, dan platform aggregator sebagai strategi mempertahankan dan memperluas jangkauan audiens. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi platform digital Heartline FM, studi dokumentasi, dan analisis konten berbasis pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Heartline FM menerapkan lima dimensi konvergensi Jenkins secara simultan: konvergensi teknologi (integrasi platform digital), ekonomi (jaringan multiplatform), sosial (adaptasi perilaku pendengar), budaya (keberlanjutan identitas konten keluarga), dan global (jangkauan internasional via streaming). Radio streaming terbukti menjadi instrumen kunci dalam memperpanjang eksistensi Heartline FM di tengah tekanan persaingan platform digital. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pemahaman tentang model konvergensi radio lokal di Indonesia dan menawarkan kerangka adaptif bagi stasiun radio komunitas dalam menghadapi era digitalisasi.
