Penguatan Kompetensi Guru STEM dan Tata Kelola Sekolah di SMP Muhammadiyah Kretek

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di SMP Muhammadiyah Kretek untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan melalui penguatan kompetensi guru dan tata kelola sekolah. Permasalahan yang dihadapi meliputi belum optimalnya pembelajaran berbasis teknologi, rendahnya pemahaman guru terhadap STEM, kualitas layanan pendidikan yang perlu ditingkatkan, serta strategi pengembangan dan promosi sekolah yang belum maksimal. Kegiatan ini bertujuan meningkatkan kompetensi guru dan memperkuat manajemen sekolah melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan berbasis kebutuhan sekolah. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif melalui workshop, ceramah interaktif, praktik langsung, pendampingan, dan evaluasi kegiatan. Program yang dilaksanakan meliputi pelatihan excellent service, workshop pembelajaran inovatif berbasis teknologi, pelatihan STEM, serta pendampingan tata kelola dan promosi sekolah. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan kompetensi guru dalam penggunaan media pembelajaran digital, pemahaman STEM, dan kualitas pelayanan pendidikan. Program ini turut memperkuat budaya sekolah yang inovatif, profesional, dan berkelanjutan.
