Analisis Kesetaraan Gender dalam Akses Layanan Kesehatan Reproduksi dan Seksual di Indonesia: Literature Review

Abstract

Kesetaraan gender merupakan faktor penting dalam memastikan setiap orang memiliki akses yang adil terhadap layanan kesehatan seksual dan reproduksi. Namun, akses terhadap layanan ini di Indonesia masih dipengaruhi oleh faktor sosial, budaya, ekonomi, pendidikan, geografis, dan gender. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji kesetaraan gender dalam akses layanan kesehatan seksual dan reproduksi di Indonesia melalui tinjauan pustaka sistematis. Penelitian ini mengikuti pedoman Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) tahun 2020. Literatur diperoleh dari Google Scholar, PubMed, ScienceDirect, dan Garuda. Publikasi dari tahun 2021-2025 dipilih berdasarkan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi yang telah ditetapkan. Pencarian awal menemukan 58 artikel, dan 10 di antaranya memenuhi kriteria untuk disertakan dalam analisis. Data dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan sintesis naratif. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa ketimpangan gender, norma budaya patriarkis, terbatasnya literasi kesehatan reproduksi, dan faktor ekonomi turut berkontribusi terhadap kesenjangan akses layanan kesehatan seksual dan reproduksi. Hambatan geografis, stigma, dan rendahnya keterlibatan laki-laki masih menjadi tantangan utama. Peningkatan pendidikan kesehatan reproduksi, penguatan layanan yang responsif gender, dukungan terhadap kebijakan pemerintah, pemanfaatan teknologi digital, dan promosi kolaborasi lintas sektor merupakan strategi penting untuk meningkatkan akses yang adil. Oleh karena itu, penguatan kesetaraan gender sangatlah penting untuk memastikan layanan kesehatan seksual dan reproduksi bersifat inklusif, mudah diakses, dan berkualitas tinggi bagi seluruh kelompok penduduk di Indonesia.
