Strategi Pemanfaatan UAV dan Informasi Geospasial untuk Deteksi Dini Tugas Pamrahwan TNI AD

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis karakteristik wilayah dan kebutuhan operasional deteksi dini, mengkaji pemanfaatan Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) dan informasi geospasial, mengidentifikasi kendala pemanfaatannya, serta merumuskan strategi pemanfaatannya guna mendukung tugas Pengamanan Daerah Rawan (Pamrahwan) TNI Angkatan Darat di Distrik Kenyam, Kabupaten Nduga. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus eksploratif-deskriptif. Informan terdiri atas komandan pos, operator UAV, analis informasi geospasial, tokoh masyarakat, dan akademisi yang dipilih secara purposive. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, lalu dianalisis secara tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan karakteristik geografis Distrik Kenyam yang didominasi pegunungan dan hutan lebat membatasi pengawasan konvensional sehingga meningkatkan kebutuhan deteksi dini berbasis teknologi. Integrasi UAV dengan informasi geospasial memperluas cakupan pengawasan, mempercepat perolehan informasi, dan meningkatkan kualitas pengambilan keputusan, meskipun masih menghadapi kendala teknis dan nonteknis. Penelitian merumuskan strategi melalui peningkatan kompetensi sumber daya manusia, modernisasi UAV, integrasi data real-time, penguatan sistem informasi geospasial, penyempurnaan prosedur operasional, serta penguatan dukungan kelembagaan.
