Strategi Peningkatan Kemampuan Analisis Intelijen Prajurit Deninteldam IV/Dip Mendukung Satgas Pamtas Mobile di Papua

Papua merupakan wilayah strategis dengan ancaman multidimensional yang menuntut kemampuan analisis intelijen yang adaptif dan akurat. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kemampuan analisis intelijen prajurit Deninteldam IV/Dip serta merumuskan strategi peningkatannya dalam mendukung tugas Satgas Pamtas Mobile di Papua. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif analitis dan desain studi kasus instrumental, melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi terhadap 13 informan, yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats (SWOT). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan analisis intelijen berperan penting dalam memberikan peringatan dini, memetakan ancaman, dan mendukung pengambilan keputusan operasi, meskipun masih terkendala keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, penguasaan teknologi, pengalaman lapangan, serta integrasi data lintas satuan. Strategi peningkatan yang direkomendasikan meliputi penguatan pendidikan berbasis daerah operasi, penguasaan teknologi intelijen modern, pembinaan berbasis kompetensi, spesialisasi personel, serta penguatan koordinasi lintas satuan dan lembaga intelijen guna mendukung keberhasilan operasi Satgas Pamtas Mobile di Papua.
