Abstract


This research aims to discuss the problems of limited learning facilities at SMP Negeri 36 Buru. This research method is a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, documentation. The results of this research show that the school's efforts to overcome the problem of limited learning facilities at SMP Negeri 36 Buru. The school seeks to take action in various policies aimed at managing the education system in an area. The school must pay attention and consider Every problem faced in every educational institution, the school's efforts are to provide lots of textbooks so that students can study well, which is the same as schools that have complete or adequate facilities, meaning how teachers can make teaching materials such as modules to give students to study. Many schools encourage teachers to take part in training to be able to design effective and creative learning to be taught to students so that students do not get bored in participating in the learning process even though the facilities are inadequate or limited. Teachers also occasionally have to hold lessons outside the classroom for learning activities so that they can encourage students to study without using complete learning facilities but have a big impact on student learning outcomes and have no impact on student learning achievement. For this reason, the school is obliged to be the party most responsible for managing all activities held. In addition to providing learning facilities, the school also maintains and maintains the facilities and infrastructure that it already has so that it no longer experiences problems with limited learning facilities in the school.
