Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan sebagai Pendidikan Karakter dalam Membentuk Generasi yang Berintegritas

Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan (PKn) berpotensi strategis sebagai wahana pendidikan karakter karena memadukan penguatan pengetahuan kewargaan, nilai-nilai Pancasila, dan praktik partisipasi demokratis. Studi ini menelaah integrasi nilai karakter dalam pembelajaran PKn, strategi pengajaran yang efektif, serta bukti dampaknya terhadap sikap/kompetensi karakter siswa dari berbagai riset akses terbuka ber-DOI. Sintesis temuan menunjukkan: (1) integrasi nilai melalui budaya kelas, kurikulum tersembunyi, dan penilaian autentik memperkuat nilai tanggung jawab, toleransi, dan integritas; (2) model berbasis masalah/proyek, pembelajaran kontekstual, dan aksi kewargaan mendorong internalisasi nilai; (3) praktik anti-korupsi sebagai domain karakter kewargaan dapat diukur dan ditingkatkan kualitasnya. Implikasi praktis mencakup desain langkah pembelajaran berjenjang (konseptualisasi–internalisasi–aktualisasi–evaluasi), dukungan iklim sekolah, dan asesmen karakter yang sahih. Temuan mempertegas posisi PKn sebagai ekosistem pembentukan karakter yang utuh dan terukur.
