Pengaruh Job Involvement Normative Commitment dan Intrinsic Job Satisfaction Terhadap Turnover Intention Pada Tenaga Kerja Generasi Z

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh job involvement, normative commitment, dan intrinsic job satisfaction terhadap turnover intention pada tenaga kerja Generasi Z. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 45 responden generasi Z yang telah bekerja. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuisioner. Model analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, yang diolaj menggunakan bantuan software SPSS. Hasil uji instrument menyatakan bahwa secara parsial, hanya normative commitment yang berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Sementara itu, job involvement dan intrinsic job satisfaction tidak menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan secara statistik. Namun, secara simultan, ketiga variabel tersebut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa strategi retensi yang efektif bagi Generasi Z perlu dirancang secara holistik, dengan menekankan pada pembentukan komitmen normatif serta penguatan aspek keterlibatan dan kepuasan kerja yang bermakna.
