Pengembangan Model Manajemen Pembelajaran Digital untuk Meningkatkan Kompetensi Digital Guru Sekolah Dasar

Transformasi digital dalam pendidikan menuntut guru sekolah dasar memiliki kompetensi digital yang memadai untuk merancang, melaksanakan, dan mengevaluasi pembelajaran berbasis teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan Model Manajemen Pembelajaran Digital yang valid, praktis, dan efektif untuk meningkatkan kompetensi digital guru sekolah dasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan tahapan: analisis kebutuhan, perancangan model, pengembangan produk, validasi ahli, uji coba implementasi, evaluasi, dan revisi model. Instrumen penelitian meliputi kuesioner kompetensi digital guru, lembar validasi ahli, dan instrumen observasi. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 90 guru sekolah dasar dari berbagai satuan pendidikan. Model dikembangkan berdasarkan kerangka DigCompEdu dan terdiri atas lima domain utama: literasi informasi dan data, pedagogi digital, asesmen digital, kolaborasi dan komunikasi digital, serta etika-keamanan digital. Hasil uji validitas ahli menunjukkan model sangat layak digunakan (S-CVI/Ave = 0.97), sedangkan reliabilitas instrumen kompetensi digital berada pada kategori sangat tinggi (Cronbach Alpha = 0.89). Implementasi model melalui pelatihan berbasis blended learning menghasilkan peningkatan signifikan pada kompetensi digital guru yang terlihat dari perbedaan skor pre-test dan post-test. Evaluasi kualitatif menunjukkan bahwa guru merasa model ini praktis, relevan, dan mudah diterapkan dalam pembelajaran. Secara keseluruhan, model manajemen pembelajaran digital yang dikembangkan terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi digital guru sekolah dasar dan potensial untuk diimplementasikan secara lebih luas di sekolah-sekolah. Model ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam mendukung percepatan transformasi digital pendidikan dasar di Indonesia.
