Journal of Constitutional, Law and Human Rights is an interdisciplinary scholarly journal dedicated to advancing critical and evidence-based inquiry into constitutional governance, legal development, and human rights. The journal provides an intellectual platform for original research that examines the evolving relationship between constitutional principles, legal institutions, public authority, and the protection of fundamental rights within contemporary societies. It welcomes theoretically informed and empirically grounded studies that engage with emerging legal questions, institutional transformations, jurisprudential developments, and human rights challenges across diverse national and international contexts. Particular attention is given to research that offers substantive theoretical contributions, develops critical legal perspectives, and generates broader implications for legal scholarship, governance, and the protection of human dignity.
