Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemahaman moral dan etika siswa kelas V di SD Negeri 105287 Percut Sei Tuan, Kabupaten Deli Serdang.  Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan populasi dan sampel seluruh siswa kelas V yang berjumlah 27 orang.  Instrumen penelitian berupa angket yang terdiri dari 10 pertanyaan tentang pemahaman moral dan etika.  Hasil analisis menunjukkan pemahaman siswa yang baik terhadap nilai-nilai moral dasar, khususnya gotong royong dan kepedulian sosial.  Namun, terdapat variasi pemahaman dalam aspek-aspek tertentu, seperti berpikir sebelum bertindak dan tanggung jawab atas tindakan.  Penelitian ini merekomendasikan strategi untuk meningkatkan kontrol diri siswa, seperti metode diskusi kasus dan simulasi sosial, serta penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah (PBL).
