Dampak Beban Latihan Terhadap Kinerja dan Resiko Cedera pada Atlet Bola Voli

Beban latihan merupakan salah satu faktor utama dalam pengembangan performa atlet bola voli. Latihan yang dirancang dengan baik dapat meningkatkan kekuatan, daya tahan, dan kelincahan atlet, tetapi jika tidak terkontrol dapat menyebabkan kelelahan serta meningkatkan risiko cedera. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dampak beban latihan terhadap kinerja dan risiko cedera pada atlet bola voli dengan metode studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beban latihan yang tidak terkontrol dapat menyebabkan overtraining, kelelahan kronis, serta meningkatkan risiko cedera muskuloskeletal, seperti tendinitis bahu dan cedera pergelangan kaki. Selain itu, strategi pemulihan yang tidak optimal juga dapat memperburuk dampak negatif beban latihan yang berlebihan. Beberapa strategi yang direkomendasikan dalam penelitian ini meliputi pemantauan beban latihan, penerapan teknik biomekanik yang benar, serta penggunaan metode pemulihan yang efektif, seperti cryotherapy dan neuromuskular training. Dengan pendekatan yang seimbang dan berbasis bukti, atlet dapat mencapai performa optimal tanpa meningkatkan risiko cedera.
