Revitalisasi Civic Disposition: Penguatan Karakter Warga Negara Dalam Konteks Multikultural dan Digital

Civic Disposition atau watak kewarganegaraan merupakan dimensi paling substantif dalam pendidikan kewarganegaraan karena berkaitan langsung dengan internalisasi nilai dan pembentukan karakter. Di tengah dinamika globalisasi dan kemajuan teknologi informasi, Indonesia menghadapi tantangan ganda: degradasi moral di duni a nyata dan ketidaksantunan di dunia maya (digital incivility). Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara komprehensif strategi penguatan Civic Disposition melalui pendekatan pendidikan formal, pelibatan komunitas, dan adaptasi literasi digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kepustakaan (library research) yang menyintesis berbagai literatur relevan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Di lingkungan sekolah, Civic Disposition tidak dapat dibentuk hanya melalui transfer pengetahuan, melainkan memerlukan sinergi antara pembelajaran kelas, habituasi budaya sekolah, dan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler; (2) Dalam konteks masyarakat multikultural, penguatan karakter toleransi memerlukan intervensi komunitas untuk merawat keberagaman; (3) Di era digital, konsep watak kewarganegaraan harus diperluas mencakup digital civility yang menekankan pada akuntabilitas dan dialog yang demokratis, bukan sekadar kesopanan normatif.
