Penelitian ini membahas tantangan dan peluang implementasi kurikulum merdeka di madrasah,dengan fokus pada upaya menuju madrasah unggul yang berdaya saing. Tantangan utama termasuk keterbatasaan sumber daya,resistensi terhadap perubahan,dan integrasi dengan standar pendidikan nasional. Namun,peluang muncul melalui adaptasi lokal,kolaborasi dan penerrapan teknologi pendidikan. Dalam konteks ini,kesuksesan implementasi kurikulum merdeka akan meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di madrasah dan mempersiapkan peserta didik untuk bersaing secara global. Kurikulum merdeka menjadi angin segar untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan indonesia,termasuk madrasah. Kurikulum ini mengedepankan pembelajaran berpusat pada peserta didik,selaras dengan tujuan madrasah untuk mencetak lulusan unggul.
