Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan, Harga dan Kualitas Produk Terhadap Minat Beli Ulang Rocket Chicken Yogyakarta

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, harga dan kualitas produk terhadap minat beli ulang konsumen Rocket Chicken Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode analisis deskriptif yang digunakan untuk mendeskripsikan karakteristik responden dan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan uji t dan uji F untuk pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) secara parsial kualitas pelayanan (X1), harga (X2), kualitas produk (X3) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang (Y). Hal ini terlihat dari nilai sig. 0,000 < 0,05, (2) dan secara simultan Kualitas Pelayanan (X1), Harga (X2), Kualitas Produk (X3) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Minat Beli Ulang (Y).
