Analisis Pengaruh Angkatan Kerja, Upah Minimum Kabupaten/Kota (UMK) Terhadap Jumlah Penduduk Yang Bekerja di Provinsi Sumatera Utara Tahun 2018-2021

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh angkatan kerja, upah minimun kabupaten/kota (UMK) terhadap jumlah penduduk yang bekerja di provinsi Sumatera Utara. Dengan menggunakan data Time Series periode waktu tahun 2018-2021 dan cross-section 30 kabupaten/kota di provinsi Sumatera Utara dengan menggunakan metode regresi data panel didapatkan hasil bahwa jumlah Angkatan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Jumlah penduduk yang bekerja Berdasarkan hasil pengujian regresi yang telah dilakukan Upah Minimun Kabupaten/Kota berpengaruh negatif namun signifikan.
