Abstract

Jurnal ini membahas hasil penelitian tentang hubungan pola makan dengan tingkat konsentrasi belajar mahasiswa Fakultas Kesehatan Masyarakat (FKM) di UIN Sumatera Utara Medan. Penelitian ini melibatkan 30 mahasiswa FKM dari berbagai tingkat semester dan menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan wawancara mendalam sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola makan yang sehat berpengaruh positif terhadap konsentrasi belajar mahasiswa. Namun, banyak faktor lain yang juga memengaruhi konsentrasi, seperti kesehatan mental, lingkungan belajar, dan faktor sosial-ekonomi. Jurnal ini menyoroti pentingnya pola makan sehat dan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif untuk meningkatkan konsentrasi belajar mahasiswa FKM.
