This study aims to analyze the need for Structural Fire Fighting training for Airport Rescue and Fire Fighting (ARFF) personnel at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. The airport environment has the potential for fire incidents not only from aircraft fires but also from structural fires within airport facilities, which have different characteristics. These differences require specific competencies to ensure ARFF personnel are able to effectively handle structural fire incidents. The results showed that Structural Fire Fighting training is required for ARFF personnel at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. The current training implementation has not been optimal due to the absence of a structured and comprehensive training program. The main obstacles include limited training facilities, lack of formal training opportunities, and limited experience in handling real structural fire conditions. Therefore, the development of Structural Fire Fighting training is required through practical training, improvement of training facilities, and personnel competency certification
