Implementasi Digitalisasi Upaya Mempermudah Bank Syariah Indonesia Dalam Melakukan Forecasting

Dalam upayanya untuk meningkatkan akurasi dan efisiensi dalam proses forecasting, yang sangat penting untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan strategis, Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) telah menerapkan digitalisasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat seberapa efektif penerapan teknologi digital seperti kecerdasan buatan (AI), big data, dan automasi dalam meningkatkan kinerja forecasting BSI. Dengan menggunakan teknologi ini, BSI dapat memahami perilaku dan meproyeksikan risiko.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi forecasting sangat membantu mempercepat respons pasar terhadap perubahan dan meningkatkan daya saing BSI. Selain itu, terciptanya sistem yang aman, efisien, dan sesuai syariah telah didukung oleh pengembangan infrastruktur digital yang solid dan kolaborasi dengan pakar teknologi. BSI menjadikan digitalisasi sebagai komponen penting dalam pengembangan bank syariah di era digital, dan mampu menyesuaikan strateginya dengan kondisi pasar saat ini dengan memantau dan menilai forecasting secara berkala.
