Strategi Human Resource Development (HRD) dalam Mendukung Adaptasi Budaya Karyawan Asing

Globalisasi telah mendorong peningkatan mobilitas tenaga kerja lintas negara, termasuk pertumbuhan jumlah karyawan asing (expatriate) yang bekerja di berbagai perusahaan multinasional di Indonesia. Adaptasi budaya menjadi tantangan utama yang harus dihadapi oleh tenaga kerja asing dalam menyesuaikan diri dengan lingkungan sosial, nilai-nilai organisasi, serta praktik kerja lokal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji strategi Human Resource Development (HRD) yang efektif dalam mendukung proses adaptasi budaya karyawan asing. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka sistematis terhadap 20 artikel ilmiah terbitan tahun 2015–2025 yang relevan dengan topik HRD dan adaptasi lintas budaya. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan lintas budaya, program mentoring, penguatan kecerdasan budaya (Cultural Intelligence), dan dukungan organisasi yang berkelanjutan merupakan elemen kunci dalam strategi HRD yang sukses. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya peran aktif divisi HR dalam merancang dan mengevaluasi program pengembangan yang mendukung integrasi budaya tenaga kerja asing di Indonesia.
