Product quality plays a significant role in achieving customer satisfaction and business sustainability in the competitive café industry, particularly among small local cafés in rural communities such as Masinloc, Zambales. This study examined the relationship between product quality and customer satisfaction at Drink Up Café using a quantitative-correlational research design. Data were collected from 100 customers through structured survey questionnaires using snowball sampling. Descriptive statistics and Pearson product-moment correlation analysis were conducted using JASP at a 0.05 level of significance. Results revealed that most respondents were female (64%) and aged 19–22 years (38%). Product quality was rated as high quality (M = 3.39), while customer satisfaction was rated very satisfied (M = 3.42). A significant strong positive relationship was found between product quality and customer satisfaction (r = 0.696, p < .001), leading to the rejection of the null hypothesis. The findings support Expectation-Confirmation Theory and emphasize the importance of sustaining product quality, enhancing café visibility, and implementing loyalty strategies for rural café sustainability.
